Peters Township Soccer Association is a volunteer-run organization. We depend on the time and skills of many generous volunteers to continue to provide quality youth soccer. Please contact our volunteer coordinator if you have any questions.

VOLUNTEER DETAILS:
- Volunteers are responsible for a minimum of 2 volunteer hours each half of the season (i.e. fall and spring) per family.
- As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to pick the volunteer times within the schedule provided. If you do not pick your own times you will be assigned times in order to meet your family volunteer obligations.
- If you do not fulfill your volunteer duties than you will be charged the opt out fee for the entire season.
- Volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to, working the concession stand, lining fields, and helping with the end of year picnic. It is important to look at all the sign-ups and the dates and times available.
- Volunteers have 5 days to change, add, or delete their selected time slots. However, after the 5-day deadline, it is the volunteer's responsibility to swap or find a replacement to work their time slot.
- If you paid the opt out fee during registration the above does not apply to you.
- If you are an approved, registered, and certified coach / assistant coach rostered to a team, your family is also exempt from volunteering.
- Unless the turf field is closed, you’re still responsible for showing up even in inclement weather!
- If you are truly unable to make your shift due to an emergency, PLEASE let the volunteer coordinator and concession managers know ASAP @ volunteers@ptsoccer.org and concessions@ptsoccer.org.
- No children under 18 are permitted in the stand for safety and liability reasons.

Items for Sale: chips, candy, ice cream, hot dogs, soft pretzels, pizza, popcorn, pepperoni rolls, Siberian Chill, coffee, hot chocolate, cold drinks and more!

PTSA Concession Stand Volunteer FAQ
1. What are the stand hours?
Monday - Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm
Friday 5:30pm-730pm
Sat 8:00am-4pm
Sun 12:00pm-7:30pm

2. What is the total time expected for each family?
The PTSA expects that the total volunteer time for each family is 2 hours per outdoor soccer season (Fall and Spring) for a total of 4 hours. If you have multiple children on multiple teams, including travel- it is still a total of 4 hours.
3. How much time am I expected to volunteer?
Time slots are 1 hour but you can sign up for multiple slots on the same day if you would like.
4. Do I need to keep track of my hours?
No, the Volunteer Coordinator will manage the master list of volunteers and keep track of who is fulfilling their volunteer time.
5. How will I schedule my time?
You will receive a link for SignUpGenuis.com from PTSA.
6. How many people will work at once?
2-3 for weekdays and 3-4 on weekends
7. Can my teenager or a grandparent work for me?
Grandparents, aunts, uncles, or any ADULT family member can work at the concession stand… but we DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 18.
8. What if I can’t make the shift I signed up for?
