Jacksonville upends Pine Tree, 4-2

Jacksonville scored two goals in the first half and added two in the second to come away with a 4-2 soccer victory over Pine Tree Monday night at Pine Tree Stadium.

The Pirates scored one goal in each half. The first came on a Jonathan Zimicki cross in the middle and one of the Jacksonville players headed the ball in for an own goal.

Pine Tree's second goal came as Jordan Dubois scored off a corner kick by Krisjon Phillips.

The loss drops Pine Tree, which plays at John Tyler on Friday, to 2-3
